MESSAGES
NCASL Chairman

Mr. Darinton Paul

Chairman-NCASL

It gives me a great pleasure to pen this message as the Chairman of the National Construction Association of Sri Lanka (NCASL). the event of hosting Construct 2025 for the 22nd consecutive year.
Sri Lanka and the World at large was badly affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic in the year 2020, and we were further very unfortunate to be faced by an economic crisis in the year 2022, which affected the construction industry of the country, very badly. With the country being shutdown during the Covid Pandemic, we were finally able to have the Construct 2023 Exhibition with the intention of stepping up to revive the Construction Industry which needed much reawakening. Construct 2024 was successful beyond expectation which paved the way to host Construct 2025 which will be held from August 15 to 17th 2025, at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exposition Centre (BMICH), Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 7.
With the industry and the country at large, gradually reviving from the setback due to the pandemic and economic crisis, we are expecting a large crowd at the BMICH who will come and see, all the exhibition has to offer to industrialists, professionals, students and to the general public. There'll be something for everyone from the latest technologically advanced machinery, equipment and to the trendiest designs and materials for everyone aspiring to build a house, building or even engage in renovations or just to be updated on the latest trends. Hosting the largest exhibition related to the Construction Industry, we hope to bridge the gap between construction material suppliers, service providers and people who are in need of these goods and services.
I take this opportunity to thank the sponsors, exhibitors and all those who have played a role in organizing the exhibition and making it successful. While wishing our Construct Team all the very best and a successful event, I hope to see the Construct Exhibition improving each year and going from strength to strength.
